umm, sorry. we've been going through some kind of weird growth spurt and byrdie & i are eating everything in sight...and then we have to take a nap because, well, our tummies are full, so we haven't been writing much. anyway, i invented a new game a couple days ago. i still need to figure out how you score, but here's how it goes: you need a spotter (the one we use is kind of slow, but she's catching on), a floor vent that occasionally has warm air blowing out of it, a towel and a towel rack. timing's pretty important, so pay attention: once the air starts blowing out of the vent, you watch the towel and wait for just the right moment when it's closest to you, and then you jump! the point of the game is to get as high up on the towel as you can, and to hang as long as you can before the spotter grabs you. byrdie's still studying the course, but she's going to be tough to beat once she starts playing. guess i'll have to make up some new rules then.
